Indy Strong Announce AAA Tournament Team "All-Call" Tryouts

The Indy Strong is proud to introduce our 2017 AAA Spring Tournament teams. We would like to invite the top AA and AAA players from the Indy area and beyond to come together and compete in one of the top AAA spring tournaments in the Midwest. Players from ALL organizations are welcome to tryout.
Four groups will have one tryout session on either March 21 or 22 to compete for a roster spot. Players selected will travel to Chicago on April 21-23 to compete in the Chi-town Shuffle that has been billed as “The premier AAA spring tournament in North America”. To create the most competitive environment possible and ensure that our team’s have the best chance at success, our spring teams will be mixed birth year with rosters of 15 skaters and 2 goalies.
We will send teams in the following age brackets:
U16 (birthyears 2001/2002)
U14 (birthyears 2003/2004)
U12 (birthyears 2005/2006)
U10 (birthyears 2007/2008)
In addition to the tournament, we will host two full day training events in Carmel, IN on Saturday 3/25 and Saturday 4/15. Training days will consist of two ice sessions and an off-ice workout. Players selected for the teams will also be given workouts and assignments to complete on their own throughout the spring.
Training sessions will include intensive skill work, position specific training for all players and goalies, and body contact instruction for bantams,. Participants will also play a series of high intensity games and competitions to sharpen up for the tournament and create working relationships with new teammates.
Register online before February 15th to get the discounted rate of $329 that includes tryouts, tournament fees, jerseys and socks to keep, and all practice and training sessions. Players that do not make a team will receive a full refund.
Registration cost after 2/15 will increase to $349.
