In the 2A divison:
The same rules for teams in 3A apply for teams in 2A. The only exceptions being Lake Central White and South Stars White - two teams that just really haven't been competitive. My thought process in keeping them at 2A is that, if the goal is for the state championship games to be the most competitive games, then moving those two teams to 1A would not give the best championship tourney games (competitively speaking). The other six teams have played good quality games throughout the season and would make the 2A division a solid division to follow.
